Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Orbital. You may hold one account and must provide accurate information, including the birth details used to generate your chart.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger other members.
• Post unlawful, sexually exploitative, hateful, or fraudulent content.
• Solicit money, promote other services, or use Orbital for commercial spam.
• Upload photos or content you do not have the right to share.

Orbital's compatibility engine, aspect weighting, interpretation copy, interface, and data are proprietary. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or index any part of Orbital, including profiles, charts, messages, or shared chart pages, whether manually or with bots, scripts, headless browsers, or automated agents.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, scoring formulas, orbs, or weighting used by our synastry and composite calculations.
• Use automated access — bots, API probing, credential stuffing, load testing, or bulk requests — against any Orbital endpoint without our prior written permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, row-level security, paywalls, or any other technical protection measure.
• Copy, mirror, resell, or create derivative or competing services from Orbital content, layouts, copy, or output.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any Orbital branding or watermark on shared charts.

We may block, rate-limit, or pursue legal remedies against any party that violates this section, and we log request activity for that purpose.

Orbital, its name, logo, wordmark, design, written interpretations, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and display it in order to operate the service.

Chart share pages are public links intended for personal sharing. They carry Orbital branding, and republishing them with the branding removed, or presenting them as another product's output, is prohibited.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Astrological compatibility results are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not advice of any professional, medical, financial, or psychological kind. Orbital does not run background checks; use ordinary caution when meeting people.

Orbital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interactions between members.
